Digital Delivery Policy

All iMESIM products are digital eSIM services. No physical SIM card is shipped.

1. Delivery method

After payment is confirmed, we send your eSIM installation details and QR code to the email address entered at checkout.

2. Delivery timing

Your eSIM installation details and QR code are sent to the email address entered at checkout 10 minutes after your order is placed. Delivery can take longer when payment review, order verification, or a product-specific requirement is needed. Any different delivery or activation condition is stated on the relevant product page.

3. Delivery fee

There is no physical shipping charge because eSIM products are delivered electronically.

4. Customer email address

Please enter a valid email address at checkout. You are responsible for confirming that the address is accurate and accessible before completing your order.

5. If you cannot find your eSIM

Please check your inbox and spam, junk, or promotions folders. Confirm that the checkout email address is correct and review the product page for any special activation conditions. If you still need help, contact us at imesimm@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email address.
